Walk-ins are welcome for most drug testing services. However, we recommend booking an appointment to minimize wait times and ensure a collector is available.
- Hydrate! hydrate! prior to appointment.
- That means drink lots of water.
- Avoid alcohol and smoking for 24 – 48 hours
- This helps visiblize veins and blood flow.
- IF Fasting for 8–12 hours (water is allowed).
- Clothing: short sleeves or loose sleeves that can easily be retracted
- Inform provider if usage of Blood thinners (e.g., warfarin, apixaban, rivaroxaban) or bleeding abnormalities.
Turnaround times vary by test. Most drug tests are returned within 24 to 72 hours. DNA results typically take 3 to 5 business days. Laboratory results vary — please call for specifics on your ordered test.

Payment is currently collected at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods. Please contact us for details.
A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID). Chain of Custody (COC) form and consent documents needs signing .
- A buccal (cheek) swab is usually collected. Blood is rarely required.
- A recent photograph may be taken at the collection site as part of identity verification.
- The collector verifies identity, witnesses the collection, seals the samples, and completes the documentation.
If the donor is a minor
- The child usually does not need a photo ID.
- A parent or legal guardian must accompany the child.
- If available, bring one of the following: Birth certificate, School ID, Medical insurance card, Immunization record
- Some laboratories also take a photograph of the child at collection.
